  • Oslo Metropolitan University was formed through the merger of multiple vocational colleges in the Greater Oslo Region

  • Previously known as Oslo and Akershus University College, the largest university college in Norway

  • Became a full-fledged university in 2018, marking a significant step in its academic evolution
